Despite CPI being more than 2pts lower than prior year, the Census Pulse Survey shows that more people find inflation ‘Very Stressful” this year than they did at the same time last year. It’s no wonder we’re seeing consumer backlash about “Dynamic Pricing”. Inflation is not just an economic indicator, it hits an emotional cord like few others.
